We also provide renewable heating solutions such as air source heat pumps, full plumbing and heating services, and even complete bathroom installations. We also offer Care Plans that keep your heating system maintained all year round.

Yes, we install air source heat pumps both independently and in partnership with Heat Geek. We’re MCS accredited and can take care of the full Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) process for you, including applying for the £7,500 government grant, handling all the paperwork, securing the voucher, and claiming it back on your behalf.

We stand by the quality of our work. All our installations and repairs come with a 2-year workmanship warranty. In addition, we always register manufacturer guarantees on your behalf and send you all the relevant documents. If anything isn’t right, we’ll always come back to put it right.

Our comprehensive service includes safety checks for gas leaks and carbon monoxide, testing the flue and burner, inspecting and cleaning key components, checking controls and system pressure, and making sure everything is running efficiently. After the service, you’ll receive a detailed job report and certificate via our Commusoft system.

Customer communication is really important to us. Our engineers’ vans are tracked in real time, and you’ll get an SMS when your engineer is on the way so you can track their arrival live. After the job, we send reports, certificates, invoices, and receipts digitally through Commusoft. You’ll also get the option to leave a review or provide private feedback so we can continue to improve.

We accept BACS transfers, all major card payments, and cheques. Invoices and receipts are automatically sent to you via Commusoft once payment is received.

Yes, we offer Care Plans designed to keep your system maintained. These include annual servicing, priority repairs, and ongoing support to keep your boiler and heating system working safely and efficiently.

Absolutely. All of our engineers are fully qualified and accredited. They are Gas Safe registered for gas work, OFTEC registered for oil boilers, and trained in renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps with our MCS accreditation. We also continually update our training so we can provide the best service possible.

Yes, we cover all aspects of plumbing and heating, including full bathroom installations, kitchen plumbing, radiator fitting, and general plumbing repairs.

Yes, we provide emergency support for urgent breakdowns. For non-urgent work, we’ll book the next available appointment that suits you.
